I am after a pair of good matching (preferably brass, nickel plated or otherwise) fuel tank taps.
The original taps were 1/8″ gas with fine thread on the inlet and 7/16″ course thread on the outlet.

Hi, If you mean lever type taps, then Wassell do some good ‘repro’ ones, and they incorporate a stainless steel mesh filter that is proof against the ethanol in petrol. Typically the asking price is about £20 each.
