Has anyone successfully repaired one of these taps and if so what material did you use to combat the ethanol, Thanks
Why not try PTFE disc Kev ?

Mine is the same as that. It just has a standard cork seal and it’s reasonably leak prove.
I had to play around with different thicknesses of gasket and also the spring washer on the back needs to be in good nick to given enough friction to maintain the seal.
PS – depending on where u live, Esso Supreme is supposed to be ethanol free
There is a place in Devizes who sell offcuts of Viton in various thickness for a couple of quid on ebay (of course). I’ve just rebuilt a couple of guzzi taps with it.
