I have a pair of gearbox under-tray clamps, the long type with holes to take the brake cross-over shaft. I need some short ones. I could cut the long ones down, but that seems a pity if someone is in need of them. Anyone want to do a swop?

Does anyone know when the brazed-on lugs replaced the loose split-clamps ? I would think mid-to-late 1930’s ?

My ’38 has split clamps. My ’48 has brazed clamps.
