I recently had an enquiry from someone trying to reunite his father with his old Scott. Hoping to emulate the unusual coming together of a previous owner with Bitsa 1927, I was hoping that a 1927 TT Rep with a registration of HC 5612 might have survived and be in the ranks of the current Scott owners that read this forum. It was his son that wrote to me who said that his father owned this bike in the 50’s in the Manchester area. He is now approaching 83 and would be “over the moon ” as his son puts it if he could perhaps see his old machine again or even just know if it is still around.
