This Sunday, 2nd November, is the London to Brighton veteran car run. As in previous years, those interested in a run out to view the cars will be meeting at the corner of Woodlands Road and the A23 Brighton Road, half way up the hill leading out of Redhill, (just after the traffic lights). The first cars leave Hyde Park at 7.00am, so meet from 8.00am onwards for a good view of the early cars. There are over 500 cars entered and so plenty to see what ever time you arrive in the morning. At 10.00am. those wanting to ride farther, can follow the cars down towards Brighton with a stop at VMCC member Ian Pollard’s farm halfway up Clayton Hill (it will be sign posted) which provides a great viewing point with hot drinks and food available. Proceeds to NSPCC.
Hope to see you there – weather permitting!
