Lucas Magdyno No 1 Pickup

On my 1931 Lucas MS2E magdyno, am I correct in assuming that when looking at the points camring, the points cam ramp on the left relates to the front pickup No 1 (left) cylinder?

I know that I could swap the leads over if it goes pop but I like to try and get it right first time!

Just found Richard’s excellent video on timing a Scott which explains how to check which side of the points cam relates to which ht lead. Thankyou Scottparts and apologies for any confusion as I don’t think I could have worded my initial post very well.
