Nice part and a good design idea, but doesn’t a Scott use 16 T?
And 87 GBP for a sprocket….

Did I understand correctly that Erik was suggesting that a Scott mag sprocket costs £87?
Surely I misunderstood.
We have a modest selection of Holder spares here including a number of new Scott mag sprockets at a much lower price than that.
They are well made and hardened so do not wear out. Hence the fact there is still a number in a box!

No, the adjustable sprocket that is on Ebay had a bidding stand of 87 GBP (now 110 GBP). Of course a normal sprocket is a lot less!

Now gone away for 122 GBP ~ 174 EURO!

Whats the reason for such a price?

Is it so much easier to set the ignition point with this sprocket?

It seems to be magic for me.

Well, you obviously do not have to pull of the sprocket from the magneto axle when setting the points. So the taper fit stays in a good condition.

But on the other hand, I have never had a worn out taper just from taking the sprocket of.

And at 174 URO? No way! I guess it is just one of those designs that did not catch on and is now wanted for shere rarity…
