Hello!

In my spare parst I found an oiltank with some Scott decalls on it. It seems to be a tank that can be mounted under the seat of a long duplex frame. It has two outlets. Maybe for chainoiling?

I’ve tried to find a picture of a Scott with this item in the 3 Scott Selection books but with no succes… Does anybody have an idea if this is in fact a Scott item or not?

Hi Erik
It is a chain oiler tank as fitted to Scotts but it isn’t a Scott item. I believe it was produced by A E Reynolds Ltd, of Reynolds Scott fame, and was one of many items made by them for fitting to Scotts.
