Can anyone inform me of the correct size of needle jet fitted to FY, LFY and DPY Scotts fitted with type 6, 76 and 276 carburettors please. The only reference I can find states needle jet standard, but with needle jets from 105 to 108, whats standard?

Hi Bob,

Correct size is 106 (part no. 4/061-106) Adjust up to 3rd notch.

Throttle valve is 6 (6/0523)

Main jet was 170 – with today’s petrol 190 works well.

Hi Carl,
Thanks for the infomation. At the moment a .105 jet is fitted and I suspected it was incorrect.
