Before I started collecting Scotts a few years ago, there was only one known Scott in Norway – stored but not displayed – in the Science Museum in Oslo. No one knows who imported or used it, but it was donated to the museum sometime before the second world war. The bike is quite complete, but should be restored. The museum is not really interested in the bike, and does not want it in the exhibition. On the other hand they are not interested in selling it, and they are not even willing to let me look at it. However, a photo exists.
It would be interesting to find out more about it.
Engine number is 3756. The cylinder block has 4 spark plugs, two on top as usual, and two on the rear wall.
I would be grateful if any members could help with information.
