It has become obvious that no one is going to take the brake pedal off their TT Rep for me. OK. I can handle that. Just stop using the front brake only. Done it before – can do it again.
What about this one then. Does anyone have a decompressor lever (or what ever it’s called – the bit that fits on top of the exhaust pipe as it exits from the head) for sale or for loan to copy? I have no idea what it looks like and I have no intention of ever using it. However, I would like to put one on my 1930 TT Rep so that it looks right (can’t do better than having it look right!)

Hello Chris,

I have one you can look at and take measurements/photos. It’s going on my 1930 Tourer when I assemble it….. Happy to bring it to the club meet next week. I was very fortunate to acquire mine from Ken Lack some months ago. It’s a really lovely piece of cast bronze which has polished up a treat. Not sure if he has any more in his shed.
