Hi, I was searching through a drawer and came across some Scott photos, but the big problem is that they are on 3.5″ floppy disk ! Long obsolete technology, and dating from the years when I was an insurance assessor. Each claim had to have several photographs taken and sent in to Head Office. There was no Broadband in the village where I live, and sending dozens of photos via a dial-up connection would have taken all day and all evening ! So I was issued with a very large camera that recorded onto 3.5″ floppy disks, one disk per claim, and every afternoon I would pop the disks into a Jiffybag padded envelope and post them to the office, where an old computer had been resurrected and used just for my photos. This worked very well for quite a long time, until Broadband finally arrived in the village. In the meantime I had used the firm’s camera to take my bike photos. Any advice on retrieving the photos off the disks ?
