Does anyone know Phil Wheeler. He was at Kop Hill this year and has a 1938 Flyer which I think belonged to father. My father would like to confirm this and I’m hoping Phil might give my dad and update on its recent history. We also have some old photos of it and can obviously provide some detailed history.
