hi,is there a drive disc to connect pilgrim pump to slot in end of distributor drive?if so,where can I get one?thanks ,brian.

The pilgrim drive shaft fits directly into the slot on the distributor. There is no intermediate drive.

hi dave,thanks for that,purchased bike not running,pump flooded-no springs or balls in beaks!replaced-still flooded,removed pump to send to petes bikes for o/h.pump drive sheared flush with pump nut with no bits inside housing,.tought slot looked too big for pump to fit straight in.looks like someone put u/s pump on before I bought it!

The pump drive shaft end should be 1/4″ square. You will come across pumps where the drive shaft is 1/4″ x 1/8″, and some pumps have been converted as drippers and won’t have a drive shaft at all.

There is a complete distributor and pump drive unit on E-Bay at the moment for 99p also a pilgrim pump for quite a lot more. Alan Noakes.
