Paul had three wins and one second place on this fast circuit.
Mike Farrell gave strong opposition on his excellent Rudge and the Second place was when he was pipped to the post by a very fast 650 girder Triumph. I used to race one of these and know how well they can go with the right bits inside. I have decided “To hell with the overdraft”! I am taking the bike this week to get a new exhaust system. The real challenge will be how to thread two high level pipes through to keep ground clearence without burning your legs!
The small old Dunlop Drilastic trials type saddle is on its last legs, so if anyone knows where I can get one, I would be very grateful to know.
