Do you really want to remove just the cylinder head? Its generally a very bad idea as is often badly stuck to the studs. There is very little that requires the head to come off. Even if you do want the head off (eg water leak) it will be necessary to remove the head and barrels as one assembly and attack the assembly off the bike.
Hi Bob, dont even think about it! Theres a good chance to damage the studs by this attempt – and this would mean complete dismantling.. Regards from Germany, Olaf
