Right look for the year

Hi guys just a few of questions I was hoping you can help me with for my 1938 FS

handle bars originally were they chrome or black

centre of the wheels painted black or left as bare metal

woukd you fit a dynamic voltage regulator mine has the original one which some folk say are a fire risk

any advice would be great thanks

Handlebars,Hubs and Rims mostly Black pre 1939 War . Rims in 1948 chrome with a red line, but painted

in the spoke area, The Lucas voltage control unit was quite reliable. Regards
