I tried to phone Sam Pearce today and had a problem getting through, is he still trading? or has he a new number or maybe a duff phone. Anyone been in contact with him recently.

Hi, I haven’t contacted him lately, but if you do get through could you ask him if they kept records on the engines they rebuilt?

I think he has retired from the business but will still be doing clutch plates.

Geoff Hearn, a lifelong friend of Ian Pearce, and his late father Sam, told me a couple of weeks ago that Ian has retired and sold the premises, but will continue to do new clutch plates, with email contact as listed in Yowl.
