Silk Scott info required

To go alongside my 1928 Works racer TT3 and my early Silk rebuilt in lockdown I have just bought a 1973 Silk Scott (no 12) reg NVX 59M Engine DPY5111. I purchased it on the basis of photographs from a  dealer and apparently its all ready to go (famous last words!) . Purple tank with white panels and black cylinder sort of identify it. As my wife has just had a big op for the dreaded “C” (and is doing brilliant) I am isolating in her recovery period of at least a month so the bike is not yet collected.

I could not find much info on an internet search bar some blurb from Bonhams

Does anybody know anything about this particular machine. Can anybody date the engine DPY5111 ??????

I would like to see some photos and details of your 1928 TT3 because I seem to have its doppelganger here, the history of which I detailed in a Yowl article quite recently…

Sorry my bike is Frame TT4 with TT3/28 engine…it is of course the bike you sold me about 6 years ago!!

I own the number 10 Silkscott, colour is purple and cream and I would like to see a picture of your bike.
There is a good story on the Silkscott in the book British Motor cycles 4 by Steve wilson.
