Hi all,

On some vintage bikes you see a aluminium/brass holder mounted for one or two spare plugs. See (bad) picture of a Scott with this fitted).

I am looking for one for two 18 mm plugs. Some firm must reproduce them… Or does someone have one gathering dust?

Any idea???

Hi Erik
I have one but it’s not as blurred as the one in your picture!!
Actually, the one that I have fitted to my Scott is cast iron and holds three 14mm plugs. It came with the bike when I bought it in the late 1950s. I haven’t seen any others around though.

Hi Dave,

There must be some around somewhere… I know you can buy them for cars with 4 or 6 plugs. But that is a bit much…

Found one! A nice guy from the German classic bike forum made me two nice brass, nickelplated holders. It was only when I received them that I found out that there are very few places on a two speeder where I could fit it…

So this rather unusual place will have to do I guess…
