Still looking for a TLS front brake

I am still looking for a twin leading shoe front brake (brake plate plus shoes etc – don’t need the hub) for my 1956 Velocette Venom.
I am sure someone out there has one hung on the wall (or stored under some Scott parts) and they could do with some extra cash to pay for their excessive Christmas drinking, eating or to help pay for their expensive grandchildren’s presents.
There must be must be something out there, surely.
And while I am about it, HAPPY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE!

There must be somebody out there, who has a Velocette twin leading shoe front brake that they would like to sell (even just the brake plate without shoes etc will do) ; even better if it is a John Tickle unit.
I really do not want to buy a new one from Grove classics.

Chris, have you tried putting a ‘wanted’ ad in Old Bike Mart and/or the VMCC Journal ? Good luck with your quest !

Thanks for the advise Brian. I just might try them. My wanted advert in Fishtail didn’t work though.
Thanks also Barrie but it’s a Velocette or John Tickle item or nothing. The single leading shoe (with air scoop modification and racing linings) was used when it was raced in the TT and British Grand Prix in the 70’s and 80’s. It works well and will be retained unless I get a genuine Velocette or John Tickle tls brake.

That’s actually an early unit construction Triumph tls brake. Rather nice but, unfortunately, incorrect.
