steven sorry for taking so long to reply to you, but thank you for your “Free” cd, I have browsed it, which with my reading skills takes a while, it is a very useful piece of scott kit oily finger prints matter no more ! Thank you once again & I saw on one of the posts that someone made a donation to the salvation army on your behalf so I decided to do a similar gesture on saturday night (I must admit she did give me a strange look when she saw my donation) . thanks again for your help & if I ever can return the favour in any way please do not hesitate to ask
regards
Trevor
For all you who have been lucky enough to have been sent a copy of Technicalities on CD by Steven (thanks again Steven) I knew I was going to be getting a valuable source of information but I didn’t realise I would be getting a chance to read a very funny copy of the Book of the Scott. If you haven’t read it yet give yourself a good laugh but please don’t follow the instructions when working on your bikes.

The CD project
After a couple of years I have slowly run out of gumption on the project, not a money thing as I did CD’s for free anyway to help others out. As the stock supply has run dry having sent hundreds of CD’s out all over the world (which has been quite demanding at times), the requests for CD’s has slowed in recent times. I have made the decision along with Bill Jamieson the original compiler’s support to stop creating the CD and actually create a website where people can download the whole CD (33meg) or each chapter/sub-section of the book one at a time – or just simply view it all on-line.
I think this outcome is the way forward and will allow additions to Technicalities such as the eNewsletter etc or any other documents people send, incidently this was always Bill’s intention.
So bear with me, I will let you all know when site is up (work in process at the moment – about a month) and will walk anyone through any technical issues you may have downloading.
Cheers
Steven Enticott
Thats the way to go Steve. Apart from the initial work involved it will lessen your work load and hopefully will be cheaper on your pocket!
We in the field that are on the web can always help those who are not yet connected.
Well done and thanks
