I am just about to get a new pair of lower discs machined up for the petrol tank caps on my 1930 TT Rep (the type with the curved breather pipe in the middle and Mickey Mouse ears on the screw caps).
However, I am not sure what type of taps to buy to cut the threads. The shafts that run down from the breather pipes are 5/8″ diameter, there are 14 tpi and they look fairly course.
Any idea what taps I should look for?
