Has anyone had experience of running a 2 speeder with close ratio gearing, ie with the smaller low gear sprocket. How well do they pull in low gear and is it worth fitting the higher low gear in today’s traffic?

The only time having used this gearing was with a 600 motor, 36t low gear,19t final drive, 75t rear
sprocket for Grass Track events. The machine ran very well. No knowledge of Road use ! Regards.
