Friday 18th August 2017

P.M. Check into accommodation/or arrive with Camper Van
Evening BBQ – a ticket only affair
Film show

Saturday 19th August 2017

Road Run, similar route to last year returning to Shuttleworth for Flying Proms Display in the Evening – a ticket only affair

Sunday 20th August 2017

Morning road run possibly taking in the Balloon hangers at Cardington

We anticipate the costs to be similar to last year of around £125 – £135 per person.

We need to receive your expressions of interest by …15th April 2017 in order to see if this weekend is viable. Either a Yes or No Thanks – (this will eliminate duplication of emails to you.)

Near junction of A1(M) and A6001. Twenty miles from M1 J13
please note this is NOT “The Gathering” which will be help elsewhere later in the year.

Itinerary
Friday 18th August 2017
From 4 P.M. check into accommodation, or arrive with camper van or caravan
Evening BBQ – a ticket only affair.
Film show
Saturday 19th August 2017
After breakfast a road run, similar route to last year returning to Shuttleworth for Flying Proms Display in the evening – a ticket only affair
Sunday 20th August 2017
After breakfast a morning road run, possibly visiting the balloon hangers at Cardington

Full details and tickets will be given on the Friday when you check in.

We need to receive your completed booking form and balance by 15th June 2017 in order to secure a booking DUE TO THE HIGH INTEREST IN THIS EVENT.
