Who is thinking of going to Beamish for the gathering ?

I am thinking of going to this event, is anyone else proposing to make the journey ?
I do realise because of the appalling state of this forum that any kind of communication about this subject is very difficult, also the closing date is the end of this month ( May).
I do believe that most of the people running the sections were sent PDF application forms yesterday as well as Lewis putting a thread somewhere on this forum referring you to contact Louise

Just been contacted By Beamish about the gathering, they are hoping to send out an E mail today to those that are participating
