Hi
Does anyone have the internal wiring connections for the Lucas MD2
fixed three brush magdyno unit. I’ve got one but both field ( i presume) wires go to nowhere. Picture’s would be great. You can e-mail me on

On the June 12 1968 wiring diagram circa 1930, in technicalities, the dynamo internal wiring is wrong. As drawn, the cutout relay would always be energised, if a battery is connected.
