Hi All
They have replaced the cork inserts on 4 clutch drums for me with a bonded disc each side.
Great job, and lasts well on the race bike.
All for about £25 a shot
Merry Christmas Colin
I have used Morris semi-fluid in all three of my Scott’s for several years
All internals look great, including the race bike.
Ran at 102.6 mph at Montlhery,I stripped the box when I got back, all good.
Hi
Twin plugs may indicate light aircraft or maybe a drone with twin mags.
A dumb question this may be.
But how old is the fuel, if its still left in the tank from 3 years ago it will be f**ked and give poor power.
Try Shell V-Power Nitro it does make a difference.
Just a thought.
Cheers Colin.
Hi Toby
I have a complete Brum new front brake splitter box with cables.
It came with a new front hub, which was all I needed so the box is surplus to requirements.
Free to a good home.
Send me a personal mail or ring 01608 684586 after 1900hrs, with your address and I will pop it in the post
Cheers Colin
Yes should be a 1/4 inch dia about 3/4 long spring behind the ball.
Like a heavy pen spring.
Colin
OK Roger.
It is not as bad as it looks.
Undo the nut just short of the thread end and catch the ball.
the spring should stay put
the spring is not as strong as you may think
you can turn the arm just enough to replace the ball
fit the ball in the detent with a drop of grease, turn back the arm and tighten the nut.
Good luck
Colin
Hi is the ball jammed in the arm
Colin
Hi All
A good tip for rad cleaning is bung the hose holes and pop a dishwasher tablet in the top.
1/2 fill with boiling water, fit cap and give a good shake and turn.
Do not block breather tube, allow the water to flow out this will also clean the breather
Leave water in for 10 mins or so and then flush rad with fresh water.
Its amazing the crap that comes out.
Hope this is of help
Colin

Hi Midge
Graham has just sent me an E-mail.
The T24 sprockets are now in stock ( That was quick )
Thanks for the offer
Will go with Graham
Cheers Colin.
PS Hi Ted I have posted some pics on facebook.
Hi Brian
24T is listed in the spares from the club, but Graham is out of stock.
Am trying to run at a constant 100 mph with tuned 650 motor and a wet weight of 105kg
Also running a wide ratio box with low bottom gear.
I could also make my own sprockets in the same way but have no old ones with good thread.
Cheers Colin
