I am in the same position as Phil and Stuart I am 83 and not very well up on computers but had no problems with the old site nor with any other sites I browse. Surely if you pay to have a site designed by a professional you would expect it to be sorted by that person. If you paid someone to design a machine and it did not function as it should you would not expect to be told to stop complaining and sort it out yourself.
