Did you receive the Scott 2speed gear info? I wondered if you could open the .doc files?
I looked at a Scott 2speed unit today and agreed with the owner that the clearance between the expanding ring and the gear drum is minimal, probably 5 – 10 thou. Don’t hold us to it, stripping it down is the only way to get an accurate measurement.
Did you know that the BAT of 1910 and 1911 was offered with the P&M 2speed gear? Also, there are usually a few P&M’s in the Pioneer Run, the Sunbeam Club might put you in touch with their owners.
