I attended the auction as an interested spectator this morning.
The 1948 Scott reached £4400 but was not sold.
The 1930 Scott reached £4400 and was sold provisionally subject to subsequent negotiation.
As a matter of interest a 1980 Honda C90, of which apparently 60 million were manufactured, sold for £500!
Highest bid was for a Matchless Model X combination at £14,000 which failed to reach the reserve.
