At the last minute I entered the Banbury Run and got the programme today. I am number 473 so not in the programme and a late starter. There are about 25 Scotts entered if my counting is correct, 19 belong to SOC members as far as I can tell.

I first entered the Banbury Run about 40 years ago on a 1926 Super Squirrel and it was 25 years ago that I first entered my 1930 model Sports Squirrel which I shall be riding this time. I first joined the VMCC in about 1966 as I owned a 1926 493cc BSA combination, ridden on L plates and bought for £15. Time goes too quickly!
