Please excuse the capital letters and exclamation marks in the title, but in the “NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS” on page 312 of the April Yowl, the date of the AGM is shown as 15th of April. Unless I am much mistaken it should be Saturday 14th of April. I know it says Saturday, but folk may focus on 15th instead of 14th, and so go on the wrong day, which would be a disaster.
I believe that the date for the Northern Rally, given on page 311, is also wrong, but will leave it to others to comment on that.
I have posted this message in the Forum, rather than the Members’ Area, as from remarks made in the recent furore on that subject, I strongly suspect that quite a lot of members are unable to access the Members’ Area, so hopefully this will reach a greater number of members…. Could I suggest that if you know members who are likely to go to the AGM, but do not have internet access, you could tell them the correct date, as it could avoid a wasted journey and some bad language.
