There are a couple of queries about lubrication on the forum at present that have answers and explanations readily available in the Scott Technicalities with a whole section devoted to the subject. Why not get the explanation for the Mavro oiling system from the man himself on Page 3.1.30.
Can I put a plea in to make better use of this online facility made available by our Aussie members. It is the accumulated wisdom and folklore of the SOC club members taken from the club magazine Yowl since it’s inception. Although some early articles may not apply today with so much more available to keep Scotts mobile, a lot of members were using their machines as everyday transport and got to know them very well. There is an awful lot of information there for the want of looking!
