On Sunday I was due to take my 1928 TT Scott “28 TT2” to Bradford Industrial Museum to give members a talk about the 1928 Isle-of-Man TT works Scotts. With regret this has been cancelled due to the atrocious weather conditions. Martin Hodkin and I will try to rearrange things for some time in January, assuming of course that the next Ice Age hasn’t started. I must say that at the moment it seems worse than 1947 or 1963. ( I was around for both those really cold winters, but confess that I don’t remember the former ) No doubt it will be blamed on Global Warming….
Can I ask that if you know anyone who was going to attend on Sunday, please let them know that the meeting is cancelled, particularly anyone who is not on the internet, and to generally spread the bad news.
Martin and I apologise for the cancellation, but we are sure that you won’t mind waiting a while longer.
