OutRigger Sprocket (Again)

Hi all

I’ve finally concluded that buy a 1/2″ x 1/4″ out-rigger sprocket is not going to happen and that to get one, I’m going to have to machine an old one and then stitch a new sprocket ring on it.

Before I end up splashing out on a new sprocket simply to turn / grid the teeth off it – does anyway have any old sprockets (with good splines) that they are willing to recycle?
