I had a problem with my old barrel, so have rebuilt the race engine with a barrel I had made for the Silk Scott. I finally replaced the old low tensile 4 bearing crank set with a high strength item and it started down the lane.
I am going to a Classic Track Day at Cadwell this Saturday, 23 May and have entered Mallory on June 7th. I have competed so little in recent years that I am very rusty and a touch anxious, but I know that I will enjoy it when I am in the thick of it. Roger
