Many of you will know Roger, not least as regular contributor to this forum. I have received an email from Roger’s wife, Karen to say that Roger has been in hospital for 7 weeks with peritonitus and pneumonia. He was in a coma for 3 weeks but is now slowly recovering. Karen tells me that Roger was initially rather confused and could not even remember the name of his beloved Scotts. He is now progressing with the help of the Yowl – notwithstanding that the hospital staff appear to have pinched his December copy ! We must all hope that he is home in good time for Christmas and in the meantime I am sure that he has all of our best wishes.
