Scott factory

I was sent a photo of a pub/carvery called the “Flying Squirrel” in the Clayton area of Bradford. Across the road is the “Scott Works” retail park.

Correct me if I am mistaken, but I thought the factory was at Hirstwood Road Saltaire, some 5.5 miles away. Is this the site of the “Scott Sociable” enterprise?
