I found that the Armours silencer noisier than a new Burgess that was fitted originally. I still use the Burgess as it is less restricted than the Armours silencer which has a smaller diameter perforated tube down the middle. However, as I can’t get any more new Burgess silencers, I now have to repack them with new wadding which I buy from my local motorcross dealer.
It costs £5.00 for a pack which is sufficient for two silencers and is manufactured by MD Racing Products.
