I am hoping to receive the tickets and car parking passes from Mortons by the end of this week and will post them those who have agreed to attend with their bikes as soon as I have them.
I aim to speak to all volunteers separately but find myself unexpectedly busy at work this week. I would appreciate it if all the volunteers would email me with details of their machines as I have to provide these to Mortons even though they are not required for the programme.
Thanks to everyone who has offered to man the stand. Again, I hope to speak with all of you in the next few days and agree some times – I am aiming to allot 2 hour slots but will be happy of any assistance for any period of time.
