I see a Scott is in the photos of the month section in the Jan 2011 VMCC magazine. It looks like a round tanker with a reg something like WL 1264 but the reg plate is blurred. I see the rider is in full safety apparel of wooly jumper and glasses plus sensible flat soled shoes! The chap on the bike does not look too old, is it you 50 years later?
the caption reads:
