Perseverance pays! I finally have a complete run of Yowl from vol. 4 onwards. (Plus a large collection of duplicates, triplicates etc. – if you need any – please ask!)
Now for the most difficult challenge. Is there anyone among you who is willing to part with Yowl issues from volume 1 thru volume 3?
It would be fun to have a complete Yowl collection.
I have spent many happy hours in my garage during Christmas, servicing the Harry Reynolds TT Replica which I had the lucky opportunity to buy this summer. A most interesting bike with many ingenious period modifications. (See Yowl vol.24: no.10, June 2006, page 392ff).
Being the owner (or rather the custodian) of 9 historic motorcycles, I never experience problems with spare time. Having a well equipped heated garage next to our house, gives me the possibility to spend hours there in complete comfort although it may be snowing outside. Norway can be very cold during the winter months.
