I’ve obviously had a senior moment and forgot where the oil level plug was even though it stared me in the face. With much embarrassment.

Thank you for reply, then vehicle is currently at the authorised repairers but I will endeavour to get the information for you. I would be obliged if you could forward any photographs for the information of the Insurance Co that is dealing with the claim. I would also expect an honest description of its condition.
